When I order a piece of art, what is included?

Each artwork is professionally printed and produced to order.
You can choose between:

  • Framed artwork: printed artwork presented in a contemporary wooden frame (black or white), ready to hang

  • Poster only: printed artwork delivered unframed

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected product.

Can I order just the poster print without the frame?

Yes. You can select the poster-only option when placing your order. Posters are delivered unframed.

What type of paper do you use?

We print on premium-quality matte paper using professional inkjet printing technology to ensure rich colours, sharp details, and long-lasting quality.

Can I order a different size or finish than 50 × 70 cm?

Currently, artworks are offered in 50 × 70 cm.
If you are interested in a different size or special request, please contact us with the subject line “Artwork enquiry” and include your requirements.

Can I purchase the digital artwork only?

Yes, digital versions of selected artworks are available for personal use.
If you are interested in commercial usage or acquiring the NFT version of an artwork, please contact us directly to discuss licensing options.

Is the frame made of real wood?

Frames are crafted from high-quality engineered wood with a clean, contemporary profile, finished in black or white.

Is the glazing real glass?

No. Framed artworks are fitted with high-quality acrylic glazing (plexiglass) for safety, durability, and reduced shipping risk.

Why does the colour of the artwork differ slightly from what I see on screen?

Colours may vary slightly between digital displays and printed artwork due to screen calibration and lighting conditions. We use professional printing processes to achieve colours as close as possible to the original artwork.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. As all artworks are produced to order, returns are only accepted for damaged or faulty items.

Can I send a gift card to someone else?

Yes. eGift cards are available in fixed values and delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address. They can be redeemed using a unique code at checkout.

Can I check out without creating an account?

Yes, guest checkout is available. Creating an account allows you to manage your orders and personal information more easily.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK & EU: approximately 4–7 working days

  • International: delivery times vary depending on destination

All artworks are produced to order.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the product ordered. Eight Art does not offer free shipping.
