1.2 We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these T&C at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.

2. Product Information

2.1 Eight Art offers original artwork available as physical products (framed artworks and posters) and digital downloads, intended for personal use only, unless a commercial licence is purchased.

2.2 Physical artwork specifications may include:

  • Posters printed at 50 × 70 cm on premium-quality paper

  • Optional framing in a contemporary wooden frame

  • Acrylic glazing

  • Ready-to-hang presentation

Exact framing details may vary depending on production partner and region.

2.3 All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for guidance only and may be updated without prior notice.

2.4 We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

2.5 Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the final printed artwork due to differences in monitors and printing processes. We strive to ensure the highest possible colour accuracy and print quality.

2.6 eGift cards are available in fixed values and may be used toward eligible products on the website. Gift cards are delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address and redeemed using a unique code.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

3.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is modified or cancelled, you will be notified using the contact details provided at checkout.

3.3 All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping costs, applicable taxes, or import duties, which may apply depending on destination.

3.4 Payments are accepted via Apple Pay, credit/debit card, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store payment card details.

3.5 Digital products require full payment before download access is granted.

4. Production & Delivery

4.1 All physical artworks are produced to order. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

4.2 Estimated delivery times:

  • UK & EU: approximately 4–7 working days

  • International: delivery times may vary depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4.3 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and product type. Eight Art does not offer free shipping.

4.4 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@eightart.co.uk, including clear photographs of the damage and packaging.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 As all physical artworks are produced to order, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

5.2 Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, except in the event of a verified technical issue.

5.3 If you experience a technical issue with a digital download, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will assist in resolving the issue.

5.4 Refunds, where applicable, are issued at our discretion and limited to exceptional circumstances.

6. Licence and Usage Rights

6.1 Upon purchase of a digital artwork, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only, unless a commercial licence is explicitly purchased.

6.2 You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or share the artwork in any form without written permission from Eight Art.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All artworks, designs, and content available on Eight Art are the intellectual property of Eight Art and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7.2 Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Eight Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

10.1 We use cookies to improve website performance and user experience.
